Trinity National Consulting, Inc. is a woman- and veteran-owned leadership and compliance consultancy that brings over 20 years of experience across pharmaceuticals, biotech, academia, nonprofits, and regulated industries. Since 2022, we have helped organizations strengthen compliance, build resilient cultures, and lead with integrity in a rapidly changing world. Dr. Elizabeth Gilbert, DBA, ASQ CQA

Dr. Elizabeth Gilbert is a regulatory strategist, quality systems leader, and ethics advocate with more than 20 years of experience guiding organizations through complex change. As President of Trinity National Consulting, she equips businesses, academic institutions, and regulated industries alike to strengthen compliance, build resilient cultures, and lead with integrity in an era of rapid transformation.

Her expertise spans GMP quality systems, pharmaceutical facility startups, environmental monitoring, and quality investigations. She has led large-scale remediation projects, streamlined deviation and CAPA management, and developed AI-enabled quality dashboards—helping clients reduce risk, close compliance gaps, and achieve successful inspections.

Beyond regulated environments, Dr. Gilbert is the creator of the Trinity Pillars™ framework (Compliance, Compassion, Culture), the PillarMetric™ Ethical Leadership Risk Assessment, and the Trinity Pillars™ Leadership Foundation Program.
