Dr. Elizabeth Gilbert is a regulatory strategist, leadership coach, and AI ethics advocate with over 20 years of experience in the life sciences industry. As the founder of Trinity National Consulting, she leads with the belief that compliance is not a checkbox—it’s a culture.
Her career spans pharmaceutical quality systems, GMP facility startup, environmental monitoring investigations, and AI-integrated compliance solutions. She has supported leading companies through inspection readiness, workforce training, and digital transformation.

A Doctor of Business Administration with a focus on organizational leadership and emotional intelligence, Dr. Gilbert is also the creator of the Trinity Pillars™ for Responsible Innovation, a framework that helps organizations ethically govern AI in regulated environments.
